Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 3PM may be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a further notification once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Northern Ireland: 1–3 business days

  • Rest of UK: 2–4 business days

  • Republic of Ireland: 3–5 business days

  • International: 5–10 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.


Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.


Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier companies, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect Address Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier service. While we work closely with our delivery partners, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage that occur during transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at   elevatesupplementsni@outlook.comwithin 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will raise an investigation with the courier on your behalf.

Claims for lost parcels must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date.


Customs & Import Charges

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
